Mom had her CT scan done in Kingston yesterday. It was a long day for her...she was pretty tired last night and into today. BUT....the one oncologist called her to set her mind at ease and told her that the tumour seems to be responding to the chemo and they are going to do one more round of the drugs on Tuesday and schedule her for surgery within 4-6 weeks after. She can expect 3-5 more chemo regimes after. It is pretty positive. I am still planning to meet up with them on Tuesday before her chemo to talk to the dr...I will let you all know what we hear.
Is that a small light I see at the end of the dark tunnel?? ;-)
