It's a week later...

Okay...let's see...I will do it in a simple point-form...it's early and my coffee hasn't kicked in yet :-)

1) Mom goes for her next chemo treatment on Tuesday. She was to have had a CT scan here in Brockville...but somewhere along the line, that was missed by her oncologist's office and they only called for the appointment on Monday. They missed some information so the appointment didn't get made until Tuesday. And the soonest they could get her in was November. Considering she needs the scan read before Tuesday....well....you see the problem. SO.....

2) Mom goes to Kingston today for a CT scan. Hoping the nausea she has been living with constantly is taking a break for her trip.

3) Mom appreciates the calls and visits...but please feel free to ask any other questions re:this blog to me at the address under Mom's picture at the side. I promise to get back to you....and any other messages will get passed on to Mom.

Now, just a quick on Aunt Pat. She has a 8.5 centimetre tumour on her right lung and there appears to be lymph node involvement. They still are not sure. She will be back in Kingston on Oct. 31 for further tests. That is all the information we have right now but I will update when I hear more. Again, any messages or thoughts can be directed to barbsjourney@gmail.com and I will make sure Angie gets them to pass on to her Mom and Dad.

Other than that.....it's pretty quiet LOL! Hope everyone is well and happy.
