Hello!

Things have pretty much been on an even - if nauseated - keel this past week...hence my lack of appearances.

I spent a couple of hours with Mom today. Did some light housework for her...in a vain attempt to get her to sit down and relax. Instead, I did the floors while she worked on the laundry, the tables, the other floors....you get the idea *Sigh*. What a frustrating woman LOL! She looks good - a friend came and helped her out with her removable-hairstyle and it made a big difference. Not so poofy. I like it.

Mom is getting ready for the next chemo round, scheduled for the 23rd. I plan on meeting them up there to talk to the oncologist and get the results of her CT scan (which has yet to be done). Then she will have her glow-juice and I will head to work. We will keep you all posted.

By now, most of the family is likely aware of Aunt Pat's own journey approaching. Tomorrow, she will learn just what road she will be taking (oncologist appointment in Kingston). Our thoughts, prayers and love are with her, Raymond and Angie. I will post what I hear.

Okay....a hockey game is waiting (though the way it is going so early into the second period is not giving me hope that my beloved Sens are going to extend their unbeaten streak...put EMERY in nets!!) and my 'big girl' is waiting to be tucked in. Off I go!

Best wishes!
