Mom had a good Christmas. She and Al mananged to make it to our place for dinner and stayed about 3 hours. She was tired by the end but was up and around the next day without any seeming left-over effects.
She isn't feeling so great now - same issues starting to haunt her. I have a fear that she is bound, once again, for the ER and some extra attention but time will tell. I haven't been able to talk to her much the past couple of days - she has been in bed more - but Al tells me the bowel issues are starting yet again :-(. We are trying to push high-fiber foods and liquids but she won't have anything to do with it.
Anyone wants to give her a call.....mention hot broth, when you do LOL!....please do.
